Warranty at Amitis:

When you place an order with Amitis, we ensure that it is delivered to you as quickly as possible to guarantee the quality of the ordered plant or tree.

Unfortunately, there are times when your order does not meet your expectations or when your ordered plant or tree dies over time. If you wish to return your order immediately after receiving it, you can find more information on our returns page.

 

When can I claim the warranty:

We fully stand behind the quality of the plants we deliver to you, and therefore, we offer you a growth guarantee of 2 months for your ordered plants and trees.

If you order in winter, this guarantee is valid for 2 months from the beginning of the growing season.

 

You can claim the growth guarantee if you meet the following conditions:

• The plants or trees were unpacked and cared for immediately after delivery, following the provided planting instructions.
• The trees or plants were planted according to the provided planting instructions.
• The planting location was determined according to the product description of the ordered item (e.g., sunny location, well-draining soil, and sufficient nutrition).
• The recommended amount of Treestart was used during planting.

Treestart contains essential soil biology and fertilization, ensuring quick growth in the first year and strong plant growth in the following years.

• Order number and/or name of the order
• Product(s) for which you wish to start the warranty process
• Clear photos of the status of the tree or plant

 

Amitis is not liable for damages caused by frost, storms, or other extreme weather conditions.
