Amitis cares deeply about your privacy. Therefore, we only process data that is necessary for (improving) our services and handle the information collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never provide your data for commercial purposes to third parties.

E-commerce Software LightSpeed
We use the services of Office365 for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment Processors Mollie
For handling (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the Mollie platform. Mollie processes your name, address, and place of residence information, as well as your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, in that context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than is permitted by the statutory terms.
We collect reviews through the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are obliged to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this data solely for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties for the purpose of providing the service, for which we have given permission to WebwinkelKeur. All the safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.
Shipping and Logistics PostNL
When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL for the execution of deliveries. Therefore, we need to share your name, address, and place of residence details with PostNL. PostNL uses this data only for the execution of the agreement. In case PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL also provides your data to these parties.
Invoicing and Accounting Snelstart
For maintaining our administration and accounting, we use the services of Snelstart. We share your name, address, and place of residence details, as well as details regarding your order, with them. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored securely. Snelstart is obligated to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Snelstart does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

General Purpose of Processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time - other than at your request - we will explicitly ask for your consent. Your data is not shared with third parties, except to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all obliged to confidentiality based on the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
Automatically Collected Data
Data automatically collected by our website is processed to further improve our services. This data (such as your IP address, web browser, and operating system) is not personal data.
Cooperation with Fiscal and Criminal Investigations
In certain cases, Amitis may be obliged under legal obligations to share your data in connection with fiscal or criminal investigations by government authorities. In such a case, we are forced to share your data, but we will resist within the limits that the law allows us.
We retain your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you notify us of this, we will also consider it a forget request. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have created based on your assignment.
Under the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as the data subject have certain rights with regard to the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below what these rights are and how you can invoke them. In principle, to prevent abuse, we send copies and copies of your data only to your already known email address. In the event that you wish to receive the data at another email address or, for example, by mail, we will ask you to identify yourself. We keep records of completed requests, and in the case of a forget request, we administer anonymized data. You can make a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the email address known to us that the data has been adjusted.
Right to Limit Processing
You always have the right to limit the data that we (have) processed that relates to your person or that can be traced back to this. You can make a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the email address known to us that the data until you lift the restriction will no longer be processed.
Right to Data Portability
You always have the right to have the data that we (have) processed and that relates to your person or that can be traced back to this, performed by another party. You can make a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or copies of all data about you that we have processed or commissioned by us by other processors or third parties, at the email address known to us. In all likelihood, we can no longer continue the service in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.
Right of Objection and Other Rights
In certain cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Amitis. If you object, we will immediately stop data processing pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is well-founded, we will provide you with copies and/or copies of data that we (have) processed, and then permanently stop the processing. You also have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that this right applies. Cookies Google Analytics
Cookies are placed on our website by the American company Google as part of the "Analytics" service.
We use this service to keep track of and get reports on how visitors use the website. This processor may be obliged under applicable laws and regulations to provide insight into this data. We collect information about your surfing behavior and share this data with Google. Google can interpret this information in conjunction with other datasets and thus follow your movements on the Internet. Tracking cookies from others (such as Google): this tracks which pages you visit on the Internet to build your personal profile.
