We ship your ordered tree/hedge/plant in sturdy, specially developed packaging. This prevents damage and allows us to deliver your order in optimal condition.
We process and ship your order within 1-4 working days in the Netherlands, and within 2-6 working days for Germany and Belgium. You will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your order once it has been handed over to the carrier.
Packages are shipped via our carrier Logique from Rijssen. They specialize in transporting larger packages and handle them carefully. After registering your order, you can track it via the Logique portal and see when it will be delivered. Small packages may also be shipped with PostNL, and you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to follow your order.
It is not mandatory, but it has a good effect on your tree/plant. Treestart provides essential nutrients in the soil that increase the success rate of your tree or plant.
We do not recommend planting your tree during severe frost. A tree can be planted until approximately the freezing point. Light frost is not a problem.
Stem height refers to the length of the trunk. It is measured from the top of the root ball (ground level) to the first side branches.

We charge a fee of €7.95 per order for shipping within the Netherlands. Orders over €75 are shipped for free (excluding pallet orders)
For shipping to Belgium, we charge a fee of €15 per order. Orders over €150 are shipped for free (excluding pallet orders)
For shipping to Germany, we charge a fee of €25 per order. Orders over €150 are shipped for free (excluding pallet orders)

The ideal time to plant your young tree is in the fall. This is from November to the end of April. During this period, there is enough rain for the tree to establish well.
Most trees are pruned in the winter months when the tree is dormant and has no leaves. For most trees and pruning methods, this is also an excellent time to prune because the branches are clearly visible when the leaves have fallen. An exception to this are the ABCJ trees, namely: A(Acer) B(Betula) C(Carpinus) J(Juglans). These trees bleed if pruned in the winter period. Bleeding occurs because the sap flow of these tree species starts early. The tree can bleed to death or be weakened by the damage this causes. It is best to prune these trees when they are in leaf, in early spring or late summer.

Unfortunately, you cannot enter an amount yourself. However, we have a wide range of amounts for the gift vouchers.
