Shipping

We ship your ordered tree/hedge/plant in a sturdy and specially developed shipping package to prevent damage and ensure the optimal delivery of your order.

Packages are sent via our carrier Logique from Rijssen. They specialize in transporting larger packages and handle them with care. After registering your order, you can track your order and see when it will be delivered through the Logique portal.

We may also send small packages with PostNL, and you will receive a Track & Trace from us to monitor your order.

 

Shipping Costs / Delivery Times

 

  • We charge €7,95 per order for shipping costs within the Netherlands. Orders above €75,- order value we ship for free. (Excluding pallet shipments) The delivery time for the Netherlands is 1-4 business days.

 

  • We charge €15,- per order for shipping costs to Belgium. Orders above €150,- order value we ship for free. (Excluding pallet shipments) The delivery time for Belgium is 2-6 business days.

 

  • We charge €25,- per order for shipping costs to Germany. Orders above €150,- order value we ship for free. (Excluding pallet shipments) The delivery time for Germany is 2-6 business days.

 

Returns / Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are between €9.95 and €25 per package (depending on the package size), for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
